FTP is the method.
There is also this page. I do not remember exactly, but try megadownload.com if the site is open to our website and look for instructions on how to do search. If this fails, do an Internet search, for example, go to Google and start to look for how to do that.

Youd better to separate the large file into smaller files and compressed. This is a WinRAR and RAR!
Then, send small files via FTP or another!
